Product Description

Yuhong Group's Welded Helical Solid Finned Tubes are manufactured by helically wrapping fin strip on edge around the tube circumference and continuously welding the fin strip to the tube. The fin strip is held under tension and confined laterally as it is formed around the tube, ensuring forceful contact with the tube surface.

A continuous weld is applied using Yuhong Group's unique gas metal arc welding (GMAW) process, creating the strongest fin-to-tube attachment in the industry with excellent heat transfer characteristics and low fin-side pressure drop.

ASTM A106 / ASME SA10 Gr.B is a seamless carbon steel tube specification for high pressure service, designed to endure extreme heat and pressure in applications including oil and gas refineries, power plants, and chemical facilities.
