This specification covers seamless copper-nickel alloy tubes. The C71500 alloy, also known as Copper Nickel 70/30, comprises 70% copper and 30% nickel, providing excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, biofouling, and erosion. The alloy also contains small amounts of iron and manganese to enhance overall strength and corrosion resistance.
The fins are integrally formed from the base tube material through a precise rolling or extrusion process, increasing the external surface area for better heat transfer. These integral fins ensure a strong bond with no risk of detachment.
